This web app is intended for many devices, such as iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows PC, Mac and many browsers such as Safari, Chrome, IE, etc. (Some versions of Microsoft Edge have a data validation bug for entering the longitude in the Western Hemisphere.)

Although HTML 5, can access the GPS, it cannot access the compass on the mobile device. You will have to enter the Magnetic Bearing to the ELT, manually.

This web app is not able to provide a prediction of the location of the ELT.

Since this is a web app, it can be used by GT and Aircrews in the field and Mission Staff can view the data with typical home PC. No special hardware device required. Click here for CAPDF, an app optimized for GT and sUAS Team use.

Visualization of the Lines of Position (LOP) is in this app and in Google Earth, which is available for mobile devices as well as personal computers. A Google Earth Pro NetworkLink file will be provided to visualize the data. This app also displays bearing data on a map, either by mission or all data for today.
